The villa features a tastefully furnished living-dining room, equipped with Sat TV / DTT and air conditioning, with access to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that includes a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The three bedrooms are furnished with double beds and equipped with air conditioning, each with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower.



EXTERIOR:



The exterior features a pleasant area around the pool (8x3.5) with Roman steps, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments. Additionally, you will find a brick-built barbecue for your outdoor gatherings and parking space for 2 vehicles on the same plot.

Situated in a privileged area, the villa offers tranquillity without sacrificing convenience. Just 2.5 km away, you will find the nearest sandy beach, as well as supermarkets, shops and restaurants, giving you easy access to all essential services.
