Private: large terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Unconventional pool shape. Pool house, terrace, garden furniture. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). (10 steps). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Cannes" 39 km, sandy beach "Mandelieu" 26 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aérodrome de Fayence 6 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saint Cassien 7.5 km.
