The Detached comfortable holiday home is located in a very quiet and well maintained park (Sandepark in Groote Keeten), only 15 minutes walk from the beach. The house is detached with a terrace facing south.

The house is spacious, bright and has all the comforts. The living room has a moody, contemporary decor with comfortable seating, underfloor heating and a flat-screen TV. From the living room you have access to the terrace through double doors.

The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with among other things 2 dishwasher, 2 combi microwave, 2 refrigerator and freezer, 6 plate stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

On the ground floor there is also a toilet, a separate room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a bedroom for 2 people with adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the first floor you will find 5 bedrooms with a total of 10 or 11 single beds.

All beds are boxspring single beds and have single comforters. You can rent bed linen and towels.

On the first floor is a second bathroom with bath and shower and a double sink. Toilet seperate.

In the house is free wireless internet.
