The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen with generous bench space and modern appliances that make feeding a crowd simple, while the adjacent dining area seats twelve for shared meals. Multiple living spaces give everyone room to relax — two comfortable lounges plus a dedicated cinema room mean movie nights and quiet corners are both easily accommodated. Sliding glass doors open to the inground pool and lush backyard, creating excellent indoor–outdoor flow for kids to splash and grownups to unwind.

Practical comforts are thoughtful and plentiful: ducted air-conditioning throughout, three well-appointed bathrooms (including a corner bath downstairs), laundry facilities and off-street parking with room for several vehicles.
