Bad luxury for the stay.

The room they gave me the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. The main door into the room, you had to force it closed. There was absolutely no view from the window. Then the tv cut out and wouldn't provide any chamnels. I waited half an hour incase it would come back, but didn't. So I went and told the front desk and asked for a new room. This next room, the fridge door wouldn't close at all, the lamp was very dim and there was only one. The window screen was so badly put together mosquitoes were trying to get in. I spent almost an hour killing the ones that did get in. 4 in total... Nope, never stay there again.

Disappointing Experience

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. First, when I requested extra bedding, the staff refused to provide it without charging an additional $25, citing their policy. Secondly, the room we were given had a strong smell of smoke, which added to the discomfort. The staff was neither particularly good nor bad—just average. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

We had booked solely on the purpose of the pool for the kids. When we checked in the lady mentioned it was closed for maintenance and would be open at 9am. In the late evening doors were continually being banged down the hall so we did not have a pleasant sleep. The bed has very little support and the floor was sticky and wet in multiple areas so we had to wear our shoes in tbe room. 9 am came and we went down to the pool. It had out of order on the door and tbe maintenance man had come over to say it was not safe to swim in pool. What a waste of 200 dollars for what was suppose to be a family night of fun and swimming. Also the ice machine was not on our floor as per the map on the back of the door for emergency purposes. Will not book here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Stained everything, blood on the wall, mold on the bathroom ceiling, in a direct flight way, etc. Don’t waste your money, look elsewhere.

The service was absolutely fantastic. But the sweets are very outdated and the first unit was filthy. They were accommodating and moved us to a better suite which was clean, but still very outdated as well. In our opinion, this hotel, most definitely needs to be completely renovated from top to bottom. The TVs are also outdated and only have a few channels and pictures isn’t very clear. Old and damaged/dented appliances (fridge, microwave, etc..). Hallways also were extremely hot as if they had the heat on and not the air conditioningin +30 weather outside. The pool was apparently under renovation and unusable. The smell right when you walk in was disgusting in the lobby. (fishy, etc..). There was a wedding going on and it was very very loud and one can hear it throughout almost the entire hotel so there is no separation of conference center./Ballroom in order to provide all guests with a comfortable stay because it created a tremendous noise for the entire evening into the late night. Most definitely was not worth $200 for one night. Do not intend to stay here again. But would like to thank the staff for being providing kind and accommodating customer service at all times throughout our stay.

the room smells not so good. the carpeted floor seemed old and dusty especially on the elevator it looks gross.the tv shows don't have netflix or even youtube so my kids did not enjoy watching it. it says free breakfast online but it's not. but the price is good, and we only stayed for 1 night though. and the staff were super nice.

we were booked in for a three night stay at this establishment, but checked out after the first night due to the overwhelming noise and dirty room. The carpets were sticky so you could not walk around without shoes, the walls and brown smear marks, and the room reeked of smoke residue. The staff person checking us out after the first night was kind and apologized for everything that was wrong with the stay. We will never be going back.

Where do I start,I would never stay here again. Spent approximately $350 just for one night and the hotel was the worse place ever. Mattress was stained, toilet was dirty and shower was never cleaned soap scum from previous use. Lamps in there room were so dirty walls were damaged and patched. The room we got checked into smells like pee. Absolutely disgusting, however we went and talked to reception and it was changed, still smells really bad. I can’t believe this place is still in business. I would never stay here or recommend this place. Please believe me, you would regret.
