Located in the Calgary's most prestigious & tallest residential The Guardian South tower with luxury and convenience come together. 24-hour security & concierge service. Close to all amenities like C-train, Cowboys Casino, Stampede grounds, BMO center, studio bell, minutes away from local bars, cafes and restaurants. The space: This cozy one-bedroom luxury condo features a spacious living area with plenty of natural light, a well-appointed bathroom, and a comfortable dining space perfect for meals or gatherings. A sofa bed is available to accomodate 2 person. Ample closet space is available throughout for easy storage. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy breathtaking views of the Calgary Tower, complete with a patio set and BBQ for ultimate relaxation.Please note that there is no laundry facility in this suite. Guest access: When you arrive at the building entrance, just buzz 3518 and you’ll be granted access. Take the elevator up to the 35th floor and when you step out, turn left down the hallway to unit#3508. At the door, enter the 4 digit access code(we will provide you the code before check in) on the keypad and simply turn the handle to open the door. Inside, you’ll find a key fob on counter top for easy building access during your stay. If you need anything or have any questions, feel free to reach out—I'm here to help and want to make sure you have a wonderful stay! Parking: Underground parking is available. Parking spot#377 that you can find in level P2. Make sure you care the fob there to park the vehicle since you have to use 1,2,3,4 buttons on the fob to change the level(each numbers on the fob open different gate)

Amazing view, great balcony and location. Very clean. Check in process and underground parking a little confusing at first. Kitchen a little under equipped ( maybe a blender and a few more dish towels and cloths and a couple more towels in the bathroom) but adequate. Overall a great stay. Would recommend!

Instructions for check in/out are a little confusing. Elevators were broken and accessibility to the room was poor as we were on the 35th floor, wait times for the elevators were 30 minutes and residents of the building said that happens a lot. When trying to get in contact with the host to try and get a partial refund back, he doesn’t answer back so don’t even bother.
