You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
An Older Home in a Safe and Quiet Neighborhood.
This is a spacious 4 bedrooms house w/ separate entrances including an additional door leading to the deck out back. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen & a full bathroom. This suite is connected to the basement by the stairs, it has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a full bathroom & half kitchen (no range: stove top or oven). There is a brand new high quality portable oven/toaster in the upstairs kitchen. You have the entire house to yourself. There is a suite attached to this house with completely separate entrance.
As you approach the house, upper suite is located up a few steps of the stairs right in front of the house and the basement suite entrance is right underneath the stairs.
Both the Smartlocks are installed right on the door, no need to walk around looking for a lock box.
Plenty of street parking is available right in front of the house or on the same street as the house.
This house is in nestled in a safe neighborhood with mature tree lined. 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to Downtown. Right in the corner of 16 AVE/HWY 1 and Deerfoot Trail/HWY 2.
The vacation home is heated and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
