Traveled with family and small children, Traveled with family
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel.
Upon arrival, the room we reserved for my family was not available. We had specifically booked a room with three queen beds, but instead were given two rooms with double beds, which was not comfortable for my family.
We were then offered two king suites, but unfortunately, the issues continued:
• One of the rooms had a strong mold smell.
• The bed sheets had visible stains.
• Under the bed, we found a used condom, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness.
• There was no bed cover for the pull-out bed.
This level of cleanliness and the failure to honor our original booking are unacceptable for a family stay. We expect a full explanation of how this happened, as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.
Please respond promptly to address this matter.
Bathroom was plugged, lever for sink , hot, cold fell off ... there was blood on the top blanket... the is a 1.5 inch gap under door ... i believe there were hookers working out of there. Tv only had 1 channel ... we paid but left after we seen all this stuff, didnt feel safe there.. lost out onrent money ...

Elevator not too convenient. Walked to opposite end from office. It was quite dirty and needed repair.
Breakfast was not overly good as there was no juice and margarine in a tub for toast. Went to pick up a banana and the fruit flies were disgusting.
Room was clean but lacked a suitcase bench and there was no clock in the room. TV was good.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Extremely hot. Lights weren't working at one point. Terrible free breakfast, just toast. No trash can in the bathroom.
When I first got in the staff lady gave me attitude and I went in my room I went to the wash room the flusher won't flush only if you hold the flusher and their is stains on the bathroom walls not from me and I made a review before I checked out and they asked me questions why I said this why I said that ..
It's how I was experience never again on this hotel

Could have been great but was not.
First we were given a smaller room than I had upsized to, then the woman at the desk, yelled at my 12yr old daughter as she didn't think my girls were mine and actually my children. She wanted photo idea and insisted that they produce photo I'd. Then started complaining about how little they get when booked through Expedia, and proceeded to want to charge me an extra $28 for my first, which in their Expedia ad, it stated up to 3 children. I gave in at $23. I'll never be back.

Nice hotel close to resturants
A bit outdated and no coffee pot but quiet and comfortable I would stay there again
Tv reception was horrible. Arranged for a wake up call and did not get it, in which I slept in and was late for appointment. Hotel front desk said they tried to phone but it wouldn't ring and just left it at that. I checked the phone and there was no dial tone or nothing.
Awful. Just awful! Dirty, awful service...just spend the extra $20 and get a nicer hotel.

I was happy with everything EXCEPT in my order for my room through hotels.com that it states a free 4 person meal included and when I asked the front they said no way. ...even tho I showed them it said it on my confirmation email .... AND said for each day ...so that's two days that I feel that I should have .... I'm no really happy about this and is false advertising ....and should be honored aND changed if it's not the case
The room was small and uninviting. Carpet is old and worn, had a bit of musty smell likely coming from the carpet. No sound proofing so noise from other rooms penitrated the walls and was disturbing. Breakfast ( included) was all dry and did not contain any hot food. Coffee at breakfast was good.

Cheap & Okay
Not bad, but not insanely incredible either. It is good for a 1-night stay where you just need somewhere to "crash."
