We have stayed at this hotel many times when travelling. This time will probably be our last. Prices are higher, parking costs more, rooms are not as clean, rooms are in need of renovation and insulation between floors is poor, resulting in hearing every footstep above you.

The room was “ok” I’m not sure I’d stay again; it was very loud with the plumbing in the building and we could often hear water running through the pipes. The rooms are dark and dingy and could use a deep clean. Due to construction taking place outside the parking is limited and we had to park on the street one night, this didn’t feel safe especially with our rental car. The staff we interacted with were pleasant.

Wonderful stay. Spas were sparkly clean, the restaurant and breakfast options were up to par. Would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Calgary any time. Only thing is the laundry dryer was not working so I had to air dry and blow dry a sweater that got dirty

There was a deoderizing smell in the room. However it was not strong enough to keep me from sleeping. Bed linens were neural in smell, so that helped a lot.

This hotel was close enough to the airport and it offered a shuttle to the terminal every half hour. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean.

I flew into Calgary on September 26th, and I called to request a shuttle from the airport. The service was quick, and the driver was very friendly. She offered everyone on the shuttle bottled water which was a nice gesture. The ride to the hotel was quick and seamless. Check in was quick, and all the staff were extremely friendly. My room was clean and inviting, and the location itself was quiet, even being in such close proximity to the airport. Checkout was quick, and the airport shuttle arrived right on time, and the driver qas again very helpful and friendly.

Loved the shower. Loved the pillows. Loved how quiet the room was. Loved the late hours for roof top hot tubs. Loved that it was close to the airport. Loved the dining - bread bar was amazing !!!! Loved the free breakfast with bread bar again. AMAZING. Toilet paper roll handle needs to be reversed. Toilet paper fell off EVERY time. From desk could have told us where the other door was. Front desk could have told us about the underground parking. No fridge in the room - had to throw out left overs from the great restaurant 🙁Towels for the hot tub were weirdly crusty and hard. Overall - Highly recommend.

Nice, clean rooms nice showerhead everyone’s very nice. Nice hot tubs on the rooflittle noisy right next to the airport with the planes. But ever all we would stay here again.
