O hotel Rio dás Pedras, localizado na Cidade de Caldas Novas é muito bem localizado. Porém hoje acontecerá um fato muito chato.Acordamos com a piscina principal em manutenção, a outra pequena vazia . Questionamos na recepção o porque que não tínhamos sido avisados e a reposta deixou a desejar.Pra piorar o que já estava ruim, serviram o café da manhã em um local sem estrutura nenhuma. Uma lástima

Atendimento dos colaboradores 100%. Porém, dessa vez ficou a desejar a acomodaçao, a cama nao e era de casal, mas sim dois colchoes de solteiros juntos, terrível isso, o ar do quarto não funcionou direito e o Café da manhã com pouca variedade e quem chegasse tarde ficava ainda sem alguns itens do cardápio.

Ao chegarmos no Hotel, havia muitos hóspedes em atendimento na Recepção, possivelmente de um ônibus de excursão. Ficamos em dúvida se poderíamos nos apresentar no balcão para adiantar o atendimento. O parque aquático é bonito e agradável. O quarto é confortável. A TV tem poucos recursos. No domingo de manhã ficamos sem água no banheiro para tomar banho. No café da manhã, senti falta de bebidas com leite vegetal ou sem lactose.

Hotel deve ter cuidado aos hospedes de excurções.

Foi incrível, chagamos na 3ª feira e saimos no sábado. Até as 12 :00 h da sexta-feira foi excepcional, mas com a chegada de três excurções, o que era excepcional foi para péssimo como: - O respeito com os hospedes acabou; - Consumo de alimentação nas píscina, cade a hiegiene? Bebidas até da para tolerar; - A noite barulho nos corredores, nos quartos superiores, isso após da 00:00 h. Nem digo após as 22:00 h.
