The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. They were designed by someone that made them look good on paper, but, that person probably hasn't ever been in a pool. The pools were clean, uncrowded, and calm. The pool lounges were terribly uncomfortable because the straps are old and stretched and the metal bar runs right across the middle of your back. The food was average at best. I'm pretty sure most everything was frozen or canned. The coffee wasn't even brewed, it was the powder stuff from a machine. Geez, this is Brazil, brew the coffee. The building needs lots of maintenance. There are 440 rooms in this hotel. I was there during the week and I bet only about 25 rooms were rented. I don't know how this place is going to stay in business. Overall, it's a good value. My room rate was pretty low, so, I can't expect a lot. I got what I paid for. Except that it's rated as 4-star. It might be time to re-rate the hotel. I'm overall happy with my stay.

The staff was the only reason for not getting the lowest score. The were friendly, accomodating, and did everything to provide excellent service, but the overall neglect and condition of the hotel is why my score was so low. Lets start on the negatives... 1) The hotel on the website does not match the actual hotel. Many of the attractions/pools are not operational. The attractions for the kids are not operational or are in need of maintenance. 2) At one point i was in need of sunblock so i went to the onsite shop. When i went to the shop it was closed. There was a sign on the door "out to lunch" which was no problem and i figured i would just come back later. I came back two hours later and the shop was still closed with the "out to lunch" sign still posted, so i went to the service desk to ask when the owner would be back and the desk person could not answer... the response was " she has a habit of doing this... sometimes she comes back... sometimes she does not, and it all depends on the kind of day she is having....REALLY!?!? Why have this person there with a business if she doesnt care about selling anything??? Only thing i can think of is that she is related to the hotel owners, so she really doesnt need to work. 3) Exterior and interior of hotel needs to be renovated.

As instalações estão a precisar de uma boa remodelação, mas estavam super limpas, o quarto é super confortável, as piscinas são ótimas e o pessoal da recepção, e de uma forma geral, são super simpáticos. O pequeno almoço é ótimo. O único ponto negativo é o restaurante da piscina. O serviço é mau e a comida é péssima. Se retirar o restaurante, recomendo vivamente.

1. quarto só era limpo quando solicitavamos. Por dois dias solicitamos na recepção e o atendente se esqueceu de registrar, e não houve a limpeza. 2. O wi-fi não funciona nos quartos e nem na área das piscinas. 3. Um dia cheguei para tomar café às 15 para as 10h, e às 10h, em ponto, fui abordada por um funcionaria, me comunicando que estava em errando os serviços. Eu levantei e saí sem finalizar o café. 4. E pra completar, na hora de acertar a conta, queriam nos cobrar 3 almoços, sendo que nunca almoçamos no hotel. Tivemos que ser firmes para tirarem da conta.

Café da manhã muito bom. Pecaram em não ter nenhum bebedouro de água visível, forçando o cliente comprar água. Na minha última diária, me avisaram a noite que me mudaram de quarto e a cama era horrível, cobertor ruim, foi uma noite péssima!!!! A maioria (não todas) recepcionistas com a cara feia, má vontade. Exceto 2 que conversei (infelizmente não me lembro os nomes), que são uns amores. O rapaz que fica na recepção recebendo as pessoas, ele é muito educado, atencioso e prestativo!!! Quando eu pedi um sanduíche no café, houve uma situação bem desagradável, parecia ser troca de turno, e as 2 moças tiveram um mal estar sobre quem ia fazer meu sanduíche. Que bom que foi a loira de cabelos longos, pq estava uma delícia. Mas esse tipo de situação não deve acontecer na frente do hóspede. Outra questão ruim é que só tem 1 piscina de água quente, as demais que são maiores são água GELADA. E os "ofuros" água pelando. Um lugar muito bonito, que infelizmente está pecando no atendimento. Me arrependi de ter pedido jantar a lá carte, o bife bovino estava super duro!
