Bring the whole family (or share it with another family) to this great place with lots of room and space to relax. A peaceful haven, nestled between city excitement and coastal tranquility. The villa stands on a fully enclosed plot of 1.600m², of which 1.000m² is a fruit orchard / landscape garden, in a very quiet street, with every comfort. Each bedroom has balcony access, perfect to relax with a drink and watch the sunrise/sunset. Private swimming pool open all year. Fast wi-fi broadband (1Gb). Electric curtains. Underfloor heating on the ground floor. Air conditioning in every room upstairs. The house has 4 bedrooms on the first floor (3 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds), sleeping a maximum of 8 guests. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs (with shower and toilet) and a toilet downstairs. Adjacent to the spacious open space living room there is a separate playroom. Every room in the house has a tv and a work desk. There are 4 sunbeds on the terrace, by the pool. Pool towels also provided in the home. The guests have access to the whole villa.
