The staff is excellent, from the General Manager to Youseff, Kareem, Mariam, Verena, and others. Super helpful. The shower in the bathroom didn't work well, they are aware of this and somehow they haven't been able to fix it yet. I wouldn't say this hotel is exceptional, I would give it a 8-9 and not a 10.

The rooms and beds are very modern, cleana nd nice. BUt it is right on a major highway with thin windows, so all night I could hear trucks, horns and eventually the call to prayer. Cut my visit short after one night and moved to another hotel. Also, the new GEM is "across the street" but the street is a highway...you need a ride. Hotel offered $30 round trip. Uber did it for anout $1.25 each way. To the airport? Hotel quoted $50. Uber was less than $10.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Verena, Miriam and Youssef catered to every need. The rooftop is awesome and the food very good and reasonable. The breakfast choices are extensive. The hotel is very good value. My friend and i had a great experience there.

The staff and personnel at the property were pleasant, respectful and immediately responded to any needs or concerns. The location was very close to The Great Pyramids of Giza with a clear view from the rooftop restaurant! Room (quadruple) was suitable for a family of four; even though the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast and dinner options were excellent. Restaurant night captain and staff were exceptional!!

Good accommodations and the roof top restaurant has a great view of GEM and a few pyramids. Booked here because website states 3 min walk to the GEM. However GEM is across Cairo Road, 2 lanes of traffic and concrete barriers. Advised to use their shuttle for $10 each way. We did. Uber probably cheaper. Shuttle from airport was free but $25 to return. We Uber'ed for about $9.

The view of the pyramids are phenomenal, especially from the rooftop restaurant. The newly built Grand Egyptian Museum is directly across the road and is also a fantastic piece of architecture. The staff are all so kind and overly accommodating. They kindly converted our international cash to Egyptian pounds at the rate shown on Google with no conversion fee. Youssef kindly reached out to me in advance to get my flight details and had a courtesy driver waiting for us when we arrived. He also made sure we had a driver available when returning to the airport and provided a late check out due to our late flight. Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of how accommodating the staff were. Hands down 10 highly recommend!

Had a great time in Cairo. The hotel was in a great location, with an ATM very close by, which was extremely convenient. The staff were very nice and friendly, especially Marium, who went out of her way to help me. When my Uber driver to the airport started messaging me asking for more money, I had to cancel the ride. Marium kindly arranged a taxi for me, which ended up being cheaper than Uber. The hotel’s location made it easy to reach most of the main attractions with a quick Uber ride. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you. I will return again :)

The price is fair for what you receive in this hotel. The rooms are clean and with a very nice view. The staff is super friendly. The only downside is the noise inside the room is high. Tolerable but if you have troubles to sleep with noise, you’ll have a hard time in this hotel. But other than that, I recommend it.

This property exceeded my expectations. The hotel was just great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop was incredible and having the Grand Egyptian Museum right in front to walking distance was just super convenient. You must visit the museum is amazing.
