Location across from the GEM could not have been more convenient. All of the staff were helpful and willing, organizing a delightful day trip to Alexandria in addition to local transport. The whole staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, the room (deluxe room) had a beautiful view to the pyramids (as did the breakfast area) and was decorated in a beautiful way, and of course clean etc., and there was bottled water for us, and a water kettle and tea and coffee, the breakfast was delicious and when we had to leave early in the morning for the airport, we even got the full breakfast anyway, and upstairs there is a restaurant--moreover they helped us organize everything we needed for the visit to GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum) and offered other options for tours as well, and the airport pickup/dropoff service was very nice and attentive, too. Just note that only the airport pickup is included, the dropoff was USD30 (about 45km--we were very well taken care of by the drivers both from and to the airport). An excellent place to stay we can fully recommend and will visit again when we come back to the area.

Hotel is just opposite the GEM which gives you a perfect view on it from your room or the rooftop terrace. To get to the museum you cannot just cross the road in front of the hotel, you will have to walk about 400 meters or take a taxi. The staff, to begin with Kareem, is very kind and helpful. Our room was noisy because of the traffic but the view makes up for it. Value for money. I recommend this hotel. Just one thing : if they send the hotel shuttle to pick you at the airport know that the chauffeur will not have your name on a big paper but will find you in the crowd (we had a misunderstanding unfortunately) .

Location is highly desirable. On major highway, but across from GEM, and down the street from pyramids. Airport pickup (not drop off) is complimentary; as is the daily breakfast buffet at rooftop restaurant. Staff is very friendly and hospitable, coordinating before your check in to plan your trip in Giza (thank you Kareem & Youssef). Water pressure was fantastic, hot water in the evenings. Limited channels on tv. Firm mattress. Beautiful views of the GEM from our suite, lit up at night and able to see the pyramids too.
