I prepaid for a pyramid-view room, but when I arrived on December 28, I was told the room was not available. The hotel owner promised—via Expedia—that I would get the reserved room the next day. That promise was broken. The room was still “not available,” with no explanation.
Because it was late at night, the hotel is far from the city, and I was traveling with my daughter, I had no choice but to stay.
The room itself had multiple issues. The shower was only partially repaired and still did not work properly, and the bathroom hand shower was never fixed at all, despite repeated complaints.
This hotel does not honor confirmed reservations, makes false promises, and fails to maintain basic standards. Advertising a pyramid view and then refusing to provide it is misleading.
Avoid this hotel unless you want stress, broken commitments, and substandard conditions.
