The staff were very lovely. However, my stay was not pleasant due to fake advertising.
I paid for a junior suite and they gave me a standard room, which was in poor condition (not properly cleaned, shower with very poor flow, humidity smell, broken shower ceiling). Their response was that the pics shown in Expedia were for reference, but all rooms were the same, which was not true (according to Expedia, there were different rooms of different prices, this is clearly fake advertising). When I complained to Expedia, the accommodation changed the narrative and said the suite was undergoing maintenance and that’s why we couldn’t have it, and I find it hard to believe this when they didn’t mention this from the very start.
All they ended up doing was assigning us to another standard studio, which was in better condition (although still in very average condition) but still not what we paid for. Not to mention we had issues with the air conditioning unit as well.
We tried asking for a refund for the price difference through Expedia but we didn’t get any reply.
