We're available around the clock via the app for any questions before or during your stay. We respect your privacy and won't intrude — but if anything comes up, we respond quickly and sort things out without fuss.
1. Guest Eligibility: Only families and married couples are permitted as guests.
2. Identification Requirement: All guests must provide a copy of their passport or ID before check-in.
3. Late Check-Out Fees: If guests delay the start of the cleaners' tasks past the scheduled check-out time, a charge of 50% of the nightly rate will apply for a 1-hour delay. Delays beyond 1 hour are not permitted.
