The property boasts a large saltwater pool surrounded by lush gardens that back onto a tropical rainforest. With wallabies as your occasional visitors, the setting provides a peaceful and uninterrupted retreat.

Whether you choose to stroll along the beach to nearby Palm Cove or simply relax by the pool, you’ll feel at ease in this idyllic environment.

Inside, the open-plan design includes a generous living area, a media room, and a kitchen dining space — all seamlessly connected to create a warm and inviting space for family gatherings. Guests have complete private access to the property, grounds, and driveway, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Please note that the garage is kept locked for storage purposes.

Clifton Beach is a hidden gem, known for its quiet, unspoiled charm. Just a short walk away, this local’s beach is lined with swaying palm trees and features a swimming net, a fantastic children’s playground, and shaded BBQ facilities. To make the most of your visit, hiring a car is highly recommended, giving you the freedom to explore the beaches, city, and lush rainforest spots at your own pace. Public buses are also available, with routes to the city center and Port Douglas for added convenience.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
