The welcoming apartment is a 45m² accommodation that has been completely renovated and decorated at present.



It is located in front of Victoria beach and is very close to areas of interest such as supermarkets, excellent restaurants, tapas bars and city entertainment. Additionally, in the summer, you can enjoy the fantastic sporting atmosphere of Cadis Arena, a seasonal sports stadium located just in front of the accommodation. It is a very well-connected area where parking will not be a problem as it has a private parking space.



It has 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The building has a lift and the apartment has a small 3m2 terrace to enjoy the best sunsets with sea views.



Clients must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Andalusian Board on Housing for Tourist Purposes).



This apartment has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and opens with the mobile phone so that, if you do the online check-in, you won't have to go through our office at all! If not, you will have to go to CARRER LÀSER DOU, 2 office CADIZ4RENTALS.

Mejor que un hotel

Apartamento muy cómodo de un dormitorio con vistas al mar. Dormitorio con armarios empotrados, baño con ducha muy cómoda, salón con cocina y balcón con vistas al mar (y al antiguo cementerio). Acceso directo del garaje por ascensor. La playa, chiringuito, restaurantes y tiendas están a cinco minutos andando. Apartamento muy bien equipado, nos sentimos como en casa. El sofá del salón es bastante incómodo (como sofá, no lo he usado como cama). El balcón tiene un muro en vez de barandilla, por lo que sólo se ve el mar desde el salón si estás de pie.
