Wonderful penthouse apartment with two fantastic terraces to enjoy the Cadiz sun.It features one bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a living-dining room with a sofa bed. Located on the fourth floor, the building has an elevator. The apartment offers air conditioning and heating, as well as WiFi throughout the property. Bed linen and towels are included. A crib and high chair are available upon request.
🚭 Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Violating this rule may result in a financial penalty.❌ Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
Access to the apartment:
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00. If you are going to arrive later than 20:00 it is necessary to inform us in advance in order to manage your arrival.
We will be happy to assist you during your stay for anything you may need, leaving at your disposal a phone number available from 20h to resolve any mishap that occurs in the flat. On arrival it will be necessary to fill in and sign an accommodation document in accordance with the regulations.
Deposit:
You will have to make a deposit of €300 by credit/debit card as a deposit, which will be returned to you within a maximum period of 72 hours after your departure.
