Great for a sledding get away. Room was clean and roomie. Access to the trails directly from the property. Adequate parking for trucks with trailers. Indoor pool and hot tub available. Breakfast was included and much better than your average hotel breakfast. Definitely will be staying again.

Pros: Check in was fast, staff was super nice. Pool area was awesome. Breakfast was top notch with good coffee. Room size was nice. Internet was fast and nice variety of channels. Cons: Bed was super hard. Pillows were like sleeping with a shoe box. I paid extra for the Jet room. The jets didn't work. I let the front desk know thinking they would move me or refund the difference in price. ($20 a night) and no one reached out or said anything. The Hotel is a few dollars more a night than others in the area, I would stay here again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here. The one thing I look for in a room is being clean. As soon as I walked in you could see the white dust lines around the carpet edges. Use the edger and clean the corners. No one cares if the towels are folded pretty. Take the time and get the dirt up.

We checked in and went to our room and surprise! There was another family in the room! Apparently they had asked to switch rooms to be closer to family and the front desk never changed our room. We got a definite downgrade in room size as well.

The staff was excellent and our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was heated, and the hot tub and sauna were clean and in good working order. It should be noted that it was a bit of a hike to the pool from our room, through long corridors.

Couldn’t check in until 9 because staff quit the day before. The hallway lights were completely out, which I guess is less scary than if they flickered. The faucet blew air for 5 seconds before emitting brown water.

The rooms could have been cleaner. But we did have a snowstorm so they were shorthanded. But the breakfast was one of the BEST complimentary breakfasts that I have experienced.
