Spanish holiday

Great place and great staff. We arrived late but the staff rang us and gave us the entry code and where to park. Even the parking guy had a map for the short walk back to the apartment. The apartment was quiet clean and comfy. Walk walk out the door and you are in the middle of everything you can’t get closer. They even provide a history and what to see in the room guide. A great find and highly recommended

Very clean, GREAT location (right in the centre of the historic, old city). However, the bed was very uncomfortable.

Hard to find but good location

This hotel was very difficult to find. Parking garage is far. The street it is located on is for walking ONLY. There is only a small sign for the hotel on the door of a busy walk way. Once you are able to find the hotel, you will need to find a way into the locked front door to be greeted by stairs, and a closed reception desk/closet which is located under the stairway directly in front of the elevator. We arrived at 9:30 pm to find a closed door. It doesn't appear to be a reception desk and is confusing when you first enter. We reserved 3 identical rooms. One of the rooms had a very bad odor which smelled like smoke/cleaning products that seeped into our luggage and could be smelled the next day. The beds are HARD but otherwise the rooms are adequate. The hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants and Cáceres Plaza Mayor Square.

Great location, fantastic price!

The room was big and well appointed, new condition and very clean. Location is outstanding. Wifi worked well. The hotel is not accessible by car and there are no parking facilities nearby. There is no reception and you have to call a number to get the key. Great value for money.

Unbelievably good location one street back from the Plaza Mayor in Caceres, next to UNESCO heritage site. Excellent facilities at very reasonable price. Impossible to park as precincted & old town cobbles, narrow streets with no parking except for residents. Suggestions for parking would make these apartments ideal. Once there, no car is needed, everything is on the doorstep.

Fantastic Location in heart of Old Caceres

Great value studio apartment in heart of Caceres, one street back from Plaza Mayor. More spacious than we expected. Basic furnishings - but clean. Extra pillows and towels were provided. Could have done with a kettle - but we boiled water on hob - so no problem. Also could have done with tea towels too - but all in all fantastic value for money!

Excellent value facilities - poor management

As requested we rang to say that we would be arriving at the appartments at 2pm. At 2.15 I rang the number given and 10 minutes later a 'receptionist' turned up. We were asked to return in half an hour so our room could be prepared. There was also a problem getting the correct appartment for my daughter's family the next day. She shown to a tiny room in another building up the road which was declined and was then offered an appartment in the same building as us. The appartments themselves are clean, excellent value and well situated. Though try to avoid an appartment on the 5th floor - you are likely to bang your head on the sloping ceilings
