Ruhiges, angenehmes HĂ€uschen
Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnbereich sollten fĂŒr alle UrlaubsgĂ€ste ausreichend und komfortabler sein.
Die Couch ist zwar schön, aber zu klein, um bequem darauf liegen zu können. Bei mehr als 2 Personen muss die dritte Person auf einem Holzstuhl sitzen.
Der Geschirrschrank riecht stark. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Kleider aufzuhĂ€ngen, da im Schrank nur FĂ€cher vorhanden sind. Die Dusche hat keinen Rutschschutz, man sollte eine Duschmatte mitbringen, um UnfĂ€llen vorzubeugen. Die Plastikgartenmöbel sind etwas unansehnlich, ohne Polster und nicht sehr einladend. Es wĂ€re wĂŒnschenswert, dass der Windfang vor der eigentlichen EingangstĂŒr auch verschlieĂbar wĂ€re. (Bei unserer Ankunft dachten wir zunĂ€chst, die falschen SchlĂŒssel zu haben, dabei sind diese TĂŒren unverschlossen!) Das Besteck ist unhandlich, und es gibt leider nur 4 sehr spitze Essbesteckmesser. Wir waren froh, zufĂ€llig noch eigenes Besteck dabei zu haben.
Das Haus hat jedoch durchaus Charme durch die geschmackvolle, antike Einrichtung, die schönen GemĂ€lde und die wohnlichen Holzböden. Der Esstisch steht schön vor zwei Fenstern, so dass man beim Essen ins GrĂŒne blicken kann. Die separate Toilette ist ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist vorteilhaft, man ist zu FuĂ nach wenigen Minuten am Strand. Der Garten ist liebevoll mit vielen blĂŒhenden Pflanzen gestaltet. Dort kann man kann vielen Singvögeln zuhören. Wir wĂŒrden wieder hier buchen.

Schön mit Hund, Sauberkeit ist wĂŒnschenswert
positiv: gute Englischkenntnisse, super ruhige Lage, abgegrenzter Parkplatz im GrundstĂŒck, hoher Zaun, freundlicher GĂ€rtner, top gepflegter Garten mit durchgezogenen Zaun (perfekt fĂŒr den Aufenthalt mit Hund)
negativ: Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten vor der Anreise bzgl. der BettwĂ€sche (Trotz Email, dass ihr BettwĂ€sche bereits bezahlt und reserviert habt, bitte unbedingt auf der Rechnung nachschauen, ob dies dort vermerkt ist! Vorort hatte man darĂŒberhinaus nochmal ganz andere Infos als im Emailverkehr.) Wir mussten den MĂŒll von der Person vorher entsorgen. Generell war es sehr staubig (Allergikern ist es nicht zu empfehlen).
Hinweis: selbe BettwĂ€schengröĂe wie in DE + kein Adapter fĂŒr Steckdosen notwendig
Cabourg: super schöne Stadt ohne viele Touristen, die Meisten beherschen die englische Sprache, gute Anbindung zu zentralen StraĂen, ĂŒberschaubarer Ort, Supermarkt/Strand/SouvenirlĂ€dchen/Restaurants

Petite maison de 1951 avec son mobilier d époque mais bien équipée située à proximité de la plage et non loin des principaux commerces.
Un jardin spacieux et entiÚrement clÎturé peut accueillir un chien, ce qui est un plus. Le seul regret est la literie de la chambre parentale qui mériterait d'etre changée
