This villa is in the beautiful Villa La Estancia resort which sits on Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in Cabo!
While sitting on your balcony, you will have astounding views of the Sea of Cortez and the famous Land's End Arch.
When you book with us, you will have access to a personal concierge who can help take your trip to the next level by arranging your transportation, doing your grocery shopping, booking your restaurant reservations and planning your excursions.
As for your accommodations, this beautifully maintained villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area. Enjoy the views from the fully firnished eat-in terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar.
