The Neighborhood:

Cabo San Lucas is a small town, main activity concentrates around the Cabo San Lucas Marina, which leads to the famous Medano Beach, full of life, fun and restaurants and beach clubs for those looking to be in the action. The main strip is all about restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as local stores. The Paraiso Residences, located in Puerto Paraiso Mall, are just in the middle of both, the Marina / Beach and the strip.



Being in the Marina it's just a few steps to go fishing, snorkeling, parasailing or just jogging around this beautiful area, and in the evening get ready to walk around and enjoy fine dining and Cabo's nightlife.



Please note that Puerto Paraíso is carrying out light renovations on the second level. Work will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and there might be occasional quiet cleaning or debris removal at night. They are making every effort to minimize any disturbance



Getting Around:

Medano Beach is within walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away.

Getting around the town:

- Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of Airport and Resorts, where it is not allowed.

- Taxis are available right by Puerto Paraiso main entrance and all around the marina. They can be expensive.

To/From Airport:

- Private transportation is available to purchase. Send us your flight information if you would like us to help you booking it!



Other Things to Note:

****** December 2025 - Please note that Puerto Paraíso is carrying out renovations on the second level. Construction work such as removal, demolition, and masonry will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Additionally, some cleaning and debris hauling may occur at night, with the team taking care to avoid noise that could be disturbing.



We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property. If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog, please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you. Last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.



LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, this MIGHT result in noisy nights (music), especially in the bedroom that faces the Marina & downtown. For your comfort, we have a White Noise Machine for your use, in case there's music disturbing you.



If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security.



Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave. Lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines



Please be advised that the washing machine is currently not working because we are waiting for a part. If you need a laundry service, we can provide you with some options.
