This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home provides a tranquil setting within a gated community just a few minutes from the Beach in Cabo San Lucas. The home offers parking for 2 cars, a nice yard with a jacuzzi tub surrounded by lush landscaping which provides plenty of privacy. The large bedrooms can sleep up to 8 people and the open kitchen and living area provide for plenty of space to hang out and watch a game with friends, have a dinner party or just enjoy a nice day with the family. The house comes fully furnished and ready to use or rent out. Vacation rentals have been a good source of income as the location is attractive to both locals and tourists. Punta Arena is a gated community located a few minutes from the beach, about 10 minutes away from downtown Cabo San Lucas and
20 minutes from San Jose del Cabo. There are many amenities nearby, including sports clubs and gyms, schools, coffee shops, shopping, golf, fishing, surfing, fine dining and much more. It is truly a great neighborhood within the residential area of el Tezal. The community swimming pool is excelent for cooling off and winding down. The community is well kept and one feels very safe as there is 24 hour security with a guard house at the entrance. This is really a special place within Los Cabos.
