Your own private 400 square foot newly built Penthouse/Casita with private entrance, Fast Wi-fi, full kitchen, Air Conditioning, King size bed, work desk, 55" smart T.V. Sliding glass doors open to pool and deck area with comfortable chairs & lounge chairs. Bathroom with shower, soaps, shampoos, towels, blow dryer.

Besides your comfy cool "Casita", You will wake to the beautiful sunrises of Cabo San Lucas from your bedroom glass doors. Only a few steps away to your beach entry pool. Many evenings you will enjoy the sounds of the city and firework displays from our comfortable patio furniture and lounge chairs. Please note, the pool has a drop edge to give you a full view. Please do not sit or walk on this edge, it is very dangerous.

We have one of the most beautiful, private beaches in all of Cabo on the Pacific side of our community,

Our "Courtside Cafe" is just a short walk up our hill by our Pickleball/Tennis courts and Concierge offices. Open for Breakfast & Lunch (cash only), We also have a new restaurant at our Mountain Club "Fenix" which has a Michelin-recommended chef. Open for lunch and dinner (reservations recommended).

All other restaurants, tours, shopping, the marina and Medano Beach are just a short walk down our hill. You do not need to rent a car unless you are planning on doing a lot of day trips. However, if you do, we have parking for you.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a desk. Housekeeping is available on request.

Excellent spot in Pedregal!

We had a great time hanging out at Baywatch! Charlie and Julie are excellent hosts and we enjoyed meeting them. Great view and even better location! The little casita was perfect for the 2 of us. Everything is new and modern. We plan to visit Cabo again this fall and will definitely stay at Charlie and Julies place!
