Decent place but nightmare check in

When we arrived the front desk did not have my reservation. The host had not given me their name only a company name which the lobby didn’t recognize nor did the host give me the unit number. When I showed them the Vrbo reservation they had no idea what unit it was. The property manager thought I might have been scammed. After 45 minutes they finally called someone else who was able to figure it out. Very frustrating and not how I wanted to start my vacation. After that everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. The only problem with the unit was the shower started backing up and we had to shower in two inches of water which was gross.
