Hacienda is a great place…stayed there a few times before. Pisces manages the property so the staff at Hacienda don’t want to help guests 100% with everything and Pisces doesn’t want to help with some things and just say contact hacienda so be prepared for that. Nice two-bedroom unit.

Beautiful home, setting and had a great stay. Felt totally uncomfortable when checking out and property host told us we should have been told by reservations that a 15% tip on the total property rent was the expectation when checking out. That would have equated to over 2000 dollars even though we tipped for services as we received them.

Favorite villa so far!

We have been to the Hacienda several times and this villa was by far the best! The views were amazing and the extra large deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We were greeted with 2 massage chairs, fresh guacamole and chips and yummy margaritas when we walked through the door on arrival. We will definitely book again. Can't wait to get back!

Gorgeous condo with large wrap around terrace. Beautifully outfitted residence with huge wrap around terrace. The property managers were outstanding and checked in with us every day of our stay. The Hacienda is a wonderful property and we were so happy we chose here to stay.

The Ultimate Luxury Retreat

My family, including two teenagers, enjoyed every minute of our week in this gorgeous home. The quality of the furnishings, the resort facilities (including stunning pools, fabulous workout facilities and fitness classes) and attentive service (twice a day housekeeping, personal valet, poolside food service) made us feel like royalty. The views from the unit are stunning, and would return in a heartbeat. The only downside was constant loud construction noise (including pneumatic drills/jackhammers) seven days a week from early i the morning until at least 6 pm at the pool from the large complex being constructed directly behind it. We could not hear it at the residence, but it definitely diminished the pool experience. A discount for guests during the period of noisy construction would have been appreciated and appropriate.

The 5-star reviews here are spot on. Great location, wonderful property and amenities, and ownership that has multiple levels of staff ready to assist you by text or call and who check on you daily. From the welcome to the departure every single step was professional and on time. The view is spectacular and you won’t want to leave. I feel very safe recommending this unit to others and hope to use it again soon.
