This beachfront apartment in Puerto Real sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a total of 3 beds. The living area opens onto easy beach access, just steps from your door, with a stainless steel double-door fridge, oven, and induction stove making it simple to cook at home. Unwind by the on-site pool, fire up the BBQ for a sunset cookout, or head to the beach volleyball and tennis courts for some friendly competition. A Smart HD TV with Netflix rounds out the space for easy nights in after a day by the water.



Please note that this property does not have a private water tank or cistern and relies entirely on the municipal water supply managed by the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (AAA).



As with any property connected to the public system, service may occasionally be affected by island-wide infrastructure repairs, maintenance, rationing, or unexpected outages in the area. Because these situations stem from public utility infrastructure and general country-wide conditions, they are entirely outside of our control, and our property cannot be held responsible or liable for any temporary service disruptions.



Hurricane and Storm Policy

We want your stay to be safe, but we cannot control nature.

- Refunds: No refunds of any kind will be issued for weather-related causes.

- Flexibility: In the event of an atmospheric phenomenon, we offer the option to reschedule your vacation, subject to our calendar availability.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas. Check-in is contactless via a keypad lock, and a dedicated parking space is assigned to the unit within the gated community.

Joyuda's seafood strip: about 10 minutes (6.7 km)

Mayagüez Regional Airport: about 35 minutes (26 km), though commercial flight options are limited

Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla: about 1 hour 15 minutes (55 km), with more commercial flight options

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan: about 2 hours 15 minutes (195 km) — the main gateway most visitors fly into

Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

Utilities & Weather in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico



Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food.

Water Supply: This property does not have a backup water tank. In the event of a water service interruption, we recommend using water sparingly until service is restored.

Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
