House Rules & Safety
1. Quiet Hours:
o 10 PM–8 AM local time: Please keep noise to a minimum. Cabo Rojo is a laid-back community, and our neighbors appreciate peaceful evenings.
2. No Smoking:
o Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the house. You may smoke on the front porch or back patio, but please dispose of cigarette butts in the outdoor ashtray (on the patio table).
3. No Parties or Events:
o We kindly ask that you do not host large gatherings or parties. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 2 children.
4. Safety First:
o Make sure all windows are closed whenever you run the AC.
o Do not leave children unattended on the balcony or near the grill.
o In the event of electrical issues or power outages, the breaker panel is in the utility closet (hallway next to the guest bedroom). If you’re unsure how to reset a tripped breaker, please contact us immediately.
o A first aid kit is located on the master bathroom.
