O apartamento fica localizado no melhor local de Cabo Frio, quase em frente a praia. Ficamos em família no Apartamento da Helena por 6 noites, e já queremos voltar. A proprietária é muito atenciosa, nos orientou muito bem sobre o período de locação e passou todos os detalhes, sentimos segurança durante a negociação para fechar com eles, muito organizada com o contrato e informações que precisamos, foi tudo excelente! O apartamento é ótimo, bem localizado próximo a praia do forte, conseguimos ir a pé para a praia do forte, e ainda levamos nosso cooler com as bebidas, muita comodidade! Ficamos muito bem acomodados, nos sentimos em casa! O apto tem toda estrutura de utensílios domésticos, geladeira grande, máquina de lavar, churrasqueira em uma ótima área externa. As janelas e varandas possuem grade de proteção, o único problema é a escada para quem tem criança muito pequena ou animas, pois tem que ficar atento sempre. O prédio possui boa estrutura, seguro, com uma piscina ótima, ducha e é muito limpo, super cheiroso, além do zelador Ari estar sempre por perto para ajudar. Adoramos nossa estadia!

Vale a pena!!!

Fomos em 4 pessoas, mas o imóvel comporta 8 pessoas, muito bem acomodadas com ar condicionado. Além disso, tem um quarto de empregada com cama. O imóvel é muito bem estruturado, conservado. Na cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários. Quando aluguei fiquei na dúvida em relação a proximidade com a praia, já que na foto aparece uma cerca, que parece fechada, e não sabia o quanto seria necessário andar até chegar na parte aberta e acessar a praia. Mas na verdade o acesso a praia é direto, pq tem uma abertura na cerca em frente a rua! O zelador do prédio, o Ari, foi super atencioso e nos ajudou em vários momentos. A piscina do prédio é ótima. Dos dias que fiquei, um dia ela ficou interditada para manutenção. Mas tem uma ducha ótima lá, além de cadeiras, churrasqueira e um banheiro super limpinho, que eu vi o Ari limpando todos os dias! O prédio é muito bem conservado e limpo! A churrasqueira do prédio tem que reservar para usar, mas na cobertura tem uma que é ótima e a tarde faz sombra na área, então um churrasco um pouco mais tarde, depois de meio dia pode ser feito perfeitamente sem o churrasqueiro ficar no sol! A proprietária, Helena, foi muito atenciosa e solicita em todos os momentos! Super recomendo!!!

Eu e minha família pesquisamos muito antes de finalizar a locação de um local e ainda bem que optamos por este. O apartamento é super bem localizado, você vai a pé à praia e aos badalados points da Praia do Forte e ao retornar para o descanso não é incomodado pelo barulho da agitação. Todos os quartos possuem ar condicionado, o que é sem dúvida um grande diferencial quanto ao conforto. O apartamento é super bem mobiliado/equipado, você não precisa se preocupar quanto a ventiladores, rádio, geladeira, freezer, tv a cabo, etc... O zelador, Sr. Ari, é super atencioso e está sempre pronto a ajudar no que for preciso e quanto a locatária, Sra. Maria Helena, não há o que se falar, pessoa super atenciosa que se prestou o tempo todo a sanar nossas dúvidas, primando sempre pelo bem estar e satisfação dos locatários.
