So agradecer à Natalia e a Bruna pela atenção que recebi. O apartamento é exatamente como na foto. Minha unica sugestão (nao que isso tenha atrapalhado) é a troca de alguns móveis, como q mesa da sala e ter mais opções de vasilhame na cozinha. Como pegamos dias sem sol, ficamos mais dentro do apartamento. A localização é maravilhosa! Ter duas vagas na garagem é excelente, coisa dificil de se achar nos prédios de Cabo frio. Isso com ctz foi um diferencial tb. C ctz voltarei em outra oportunidade.

Apartamento bem localizado, muito ensolarado, arejado, e excelente para famílias de 6 a 8 pessoas. Tem elevador, garagem de fácil acesso para o carro. Prédio muito bem cuidado, além de pé na areia, e na rua da feira de cabo frio. Excelente. Com certeza irei retornar no ano que vem.

Imóvel muito bem localizado

Viajei em família -7 dias passeio foi maravilhoso! Recepcionado pelo Luís e Marina (administradores) nos deram total atenção e explicação das regras do imóvel. O proprietário (Getúlio) também foi bem receptivo no contato que tivemos. A Limpeza do Apt estava perfeita. Apt muito amplo 3 qtos arejados , porém o 4º qto muito apertado (usamos para guardar as malas. Algumas observações importantes para melhorar a estadia: o Apt precisa urgente de reforma em todos os ambientes, paredes descascando, armários embutidos velhos, colchões também bem sugados já, porta que divide os qtos das salas solta podendo cair a qualquer momento, alguns vidros das janelas quebrados, geladeira não suporta o verão só está refrescando e aí o risco de estragar os alimentos é grande. Utensílios de cozinha todos precisam se trocados!! Sugiro também que pense em instalar Ar condicionado, os ventiladores não dá vazão e também já estão precisando trocar.

Três observações: a primeira diz respeito à ausência de ar-condicionado, levando-se em conta que bate sol nos quartos à tarde. O custo maior de energia seria facilmente recompensado com um pequeno acréscimo no preço. A segunda observação seria a ausência de tela protetora nas sacadas ou uma tranca nas portas. Com crianças pequenas, é fundamental. Por fim, aumenta a conta de luz, mas diminui a de gás, faz falta uma cafeteira elétrica, mais prática para manter a temperatura do que a garrafa térmica. Os pontos positivos são o apartamento em si, a localização e o eficiente e prestativo funcionário Fabiano e o porteiro, idem. Felicidades, Juiz de Fora, cidade da proprietária, é uma bela cidade!
