Our gorgeous holiday house harnesses the soulful, positive and creative energy of Byron Bay in a comfortable, relaxing and stylish way.
The house is perfectly setup for friends and family to share their time together, with the accomodation spread over 3 levels and sleep a maximum of 9 guests

This lovely home is made for living life to its full: relaxed yet beautifully decorated with an open and inviting layout.
Set on 3 levels, the main living area is accessible from the street.
The home sleeps up to 9 people, has 3.5 bathrooms, 2 balconies, backyard, front garden, bbq, outdoor dining area and plenty of space for kids and adults to play!

Guests can access all areas of the property (except the garage) including, laundry, full kitchen facilities, BBQ, beach towels, outdoor shower, Iron, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker and TV...etc

Other things to note
The property has been decorated by an interior designer who has designed it for family and friends providing spacious areas for children and parents who have the option to join together or disappear into the various living/playing areas that the house has to offer. Please be mindful of the lounges which are white…(WHAT WAS I THINKING!)

You will be a 600m stroll through the bush to the breathtaking Tallow Beach which is great for long walks along and watching the sunrise

Best coffee/breaky in Byon, 'The Roadhouse' is also in walking distance to the house, along with 'The General Store'

There are numerous yoga studios in the area and a Pilates studio next to the Roadhouse, if that is your shizzle

Perfect for a large family getaway

Subie’s communication throughout our stay was excellent with great communication on accessing the property and checking in with us. The house had lots of space for our family and the beds were comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. I would stay here again.

9 of us girls have recently stayed over the weekend & the house & overall stay experience was everything we needed & more! Everything worked well & was styled beautifully. Great place for a large group

Amazing stay in Byron

Had a lovely time staying in Susan's property in Byron. The place is HUGE split over 3 levels, but a lovely congregation space in the living room and kitchen area. Only downside is the distance to the town centre which is an easy solve with a taxi/uber. Thanks again for making the process so smooth Susan.
