Annual friends get away

Coming off of my worst check-in process ever in Hocking Hills to this wonderful place, it was shock was a refreshing change. From the moment we arrived and I saw a heart-shaped Rock outside the door greeting us, I knew I had picked the right place. The hosts thought of everything down to sound machines by the beds and a welcome bag for my dog Louie. We felt like we were out in the middle of nature and I haven't felt that level of peace in the past 3 years since losing my youngest son, Josh. I can't thank them enough for their beautiful place and look forward to returning not only to that cozy cabin of solitude but your other properties as well. I couldn't recommend this more highly!!!! Worth every penny! Only wish we stayed more than 2 nights. We weren't ready to leave!!

Perfect escape under the stars

Thoroughly enjoyed this private gem on a quiet country road central to Mohican, Loudonville, Amish country, Mt Vernon, Pleasant Hill Lake, biking and hiking trails, Malabar Farms, etc. Before sleeping in comfort, unwind in the hot tub under the stars, cming out prepare for another day in peace and nature. Don't let the 900 sq feet label deter you; it's packed with all you need and want in a well-decorated and decorated comfortable home! You'll love this place, the A hosts and all Whispering pInes offers. We'll be back & bring friends!

RELAXATION

A WONDERFUL EXPERIANCE. HAD NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BUT WAS PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. WENT TO UNWIND AND CELEBRATE ANNIVERSARY AND COULDN'T HAVE FOUND A BETTER PLACE. VERY CLEAN. OUR HOSTS MADE IT VERY EASY TO ENJOY OUR STAY. HAD INFORMATIVE MATERIAL AVAILABLE FOR REATAURANTS CLOSE BY AND THINGS TO DO.

Whispering Pines getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines. Peaceful and quiet escape for a few days with our two dogs. Host was good at staying in touch and making sure we were having a good time.

Great Weekend in Mohican!

Jodi and Jason were amazing hosts! The cabin was clean and modern and had all the amenities you could want for a cozy and outdoorsy trip! The power even went out one day due to the weather and Jodi and Jason were very quick to respond and even brought us water, a flashlight and another propane tank! Definitely recommend staying here or one of their other properties!

Perfect Cabin

Jason and Jodi created a perfect first trip for my fiancée and I. Communication with host was easy and effortless. Jodi was always quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful in making the trip work for us. Cabin was spotless and obviously well thought out. Perfect for a couples getaway. Location was quiet and close to Mohican perfect for hiking. Would 100% recommend.

Last minute getaway

Super cute cabin. Semi-private overall (can see the road but not sure how much can be seen from the road). Hot tub and burn pit with outdoor lighting very cozy. Short distance to walking trails and parks. We had a great stay. Pet friendly.

Wonderful

Excellent, cozy, peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed every minute. We made good use of the outdoor space, the firepit, the hot tub, and the grill. It's in a peaceful wooded setting, but very close and convenient to neighboring towns. Book this place- you will not be disappointed!

Weekend at Mohican!

We had a great time! Cabin is super clean and is decorated very nicely! It had everything needed for a comfortable stay! The welcome bag for our pup was very nice too! He loved it there as well! Hosts are very responsive to any questions which is great too! We will definitely return! ❤️

Weekend getaway

We took a weekend away from our kids to unwind. This cabin is more spacious than we anticipated. With 2 bedrooms and an extra room/space with a day bed that could reasonable accommodate 1-2 more. It is tucked away on a quiet hillside, providing a serene escape. The hot-tub was clean and relaxing with a great view. The fire ring had comfortable Adirondack chairs to unwind in. It is a reasonable drive to Mohican for more adventures as well. Overall our stay was wonderful and we plan on choosing Whispering Pines again in the future.

Family Reunion

We originally came to Ohio to go to INKcarceration and we loved the festival! Will definitely be back again! My mom tagged along for the trip and got to see about 15 of her cousins she hadn’t seen in over 25 years! It was a great surprise for her and I got to meet some family for the first time. The Whispering Pines Cabin was the perfect retreat for after the festival and our dogs enjoyed the beautiful scenery too!

Fast Get-Away to Slow Down

Just as described and nice. It rained a lot but we still had a good time using Whispering Pines as our home base. We would have liked to use the outside hot tub & fire pit but weather didn’t permit. Plenty of clean towels and a helpful booklet of things to do in the area.

Amazing trip

We booked this beautiful cabin for my Moms 60th birthday get away, and literally fell in love as soon as we got there! It was the perfect spot for all of us, including my little dog. The host is amazing at responding and checking in! We would love to come back.

Fabulous Getaway

The cabin was clean and very comfortable. Communication with the host was a breeze. The outdoor lights were on when we arrived in the dark which we really appreciated. The covered outdoor space was fantastic to hang out rain or shine. We hiked some trails with our pooches and the hot tub was wonderful afterwards. There were so many little touches in the cabin, it is more than obvious that the hosts really care about their guests having a great stay. We never used the television, but the Wifi was great while we were there as cell service wasn't good which we already expected. We hope to visit again!

Family get away

Had a great time- brought our dogs and our 10 year old. House was cozy and clean- hot tub was a hit! Jodi even gave us a heads up for a plan in case of tornados- very thoughtful. :)

Nice hot tub,fabulous master suite, very pricey, for this amount sure wish we could have been warm! Did have complimentary coffee etc... didn't know have to take trash out,no instructions. Had fun and liked we could bring our little dog
