The high-quality furnished house in the country house vintage style has a very exclusive equipment, large wellness bath with sauna and whirlpool (approx. 17 m²), terrace, balcony on the upper floor, fireplace, underfloor heating, insect protection.
An extra highlight is the game room with Smart TV, Playstation, multifunctional game table (e.g. B. Table football, billiards), dart board and games for younger guests. Luxury for the whole family - even in bad weather!

The 4 cozy bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor, all have a Smart TV and plenty of storage space. In one bedroom there is a wooden baby bed for our smallest guests.

On the upper floor you will find a daylight-bright wellness bath with sauna, whirlpool, rain shower, toilet and double washbasin as well as high-quality Burg bathroom furniture. The stair area is protected by a stair gate. You will find a second bathroom with daylight and a rain shower on the ground floor.

A high quality kitchen with full equipment to the open dining area invites you to cook & enjoy & linger.

In the living area, a fireplace provides cozy warmth and the cozy corner sofa invites you to chill out.
All rooms are equipped with electric shutters and have underfloor heating. Living room, bathroom and bedroom windows have insect screens. A high chair, children's dishes and a blender complete the equipment of the little guests.

The garden offers two rocking chairs, a beach chair, patio furniture and a charcoal grill. The storage room has a washing machine and dryer, which you can use for a fee.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Das Haus war auf dem ersten Blick sehr gut und sauber. Für 8 Erwachsene ist das Haus gut geeignet und bietet für gemeinsame Kochen, Spiele spielen und Essen ein gutes Setting.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Für die Sauberkeit in der Küche würden wir punkte abziehen.Das Wohnzimmer lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein.Die Bäder sind modern.Das Haus bietet vier Schlafzimmer. Allerdings sind die Betten nicht gut. Die Matratze sind hart und wer ein Boxspringbett besitzt oder Topper gewöhnt ist, wird schnell mit Schmerzen zu tun haben.Außerdem haben drei Schlafzimmer Betten mit einem festen Gestell, also am Fußteil eine Gestell und für Personen über 190 wird das schnell eng.Siehe Foto!Keine Hotelbetten!In diesem Preissegment würden wir hochwertige Betten als Standard voraussetzen.Die Matzenschoner waren nicht gewaschen. Es waren Haare drauf.Für zwei, drei Nächte ist das ok, aber dann ist es auch gut.Das Haus ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.Leider funktionierte die Heizung im OG nicht. Das bedeutet, dass das Bad kalt war.Die Handtuch Heizung funktionierten weder im oberen noch im unteren Bad.Generell ist das Haus toll und wir können es empfehlen- mit Luft nach oben was Ausstattung und Sauberkeit angeht.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, nett eingerichtet, Gastgeber hat stets zügig geantwortet auf Fragen. Keine Tabs für Spülmaschine vorhanden, (Tip wäre wenigsten zwei Tabs für einen Tag zur Verfügung stellen)20,-Euro für WLan separt abgerechnet ist ein Grund nicht erneut zu buchen, bei einem Luxuxhaus sollte das im Preis enthalten sein!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir alle waren sehr begeistert über das Ferienhaus. Mit den Kindern hat auch alles super geklappt. Ein Hochstuhl und Kinderbett war vorhanden. Für die Treppe gab es auch eine Kindersicherung. Was ich auch sehr gut fand ist das fast überall Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und im Wohnzimmer an der Balkontür war. Der Weg bis zur Nordsee, ca. 5-10min entfernt, ist auch voll kommen in Ordnung. In der Nähe ist ein Bäcker, Edeka und Netto. So ist man auch gut versorgt. Würden wir jeder Zeit wieder machen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Mit den 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern bietet das Ferienhaus jeglichen Komfort, den man sich nur wünschen kann. Das Badezimmer im 1. OG mit Sauna ist riesig! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, so dass es an nichts fehlt.Das Spielzimmer hat auch uns Erwachsene sehr gefallen!!! Leider ist die Agentur erst ab 15:00 Uhr geöffnet, so dass man das Haus entsprechend später beziehen kann. Leider wurde am Anreisetag vor dem Haus Glasfaserkabel verlegt, so dass wir das Auto nicht auf dem Gelände parken konnten- und das Gepäck nur über Umwege ins Haus transportieren konnten. Hierüber wurden wir vorher nicht informiert. Deswegen war der Einzug etwas unerfreulich.Am Abend waren die Arbeiten direkt vor dem Haus erledigt. Und der restliche Urlaub war sehr erholsam- hierzu hat auch das schöne Haus beigetragen. Wir buchen häufig Ferienhäuser- aber dieses hat wirklich 5 Sterne verdient!

Ausstattung top, Kommunikation mittelmäßig

Die Ausstattung ist top! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, schöner kleiner Garten! Umgebung für Kleinkinder sehr gut geeignet- unser Check in wurde vergessen! Wir waren 14 Uhr bereits da, wurden darauf verwiesen, dass es erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist einzuchecken. Dann wurde festgestellt, dass die Buchung nicht vorhanden ist… Unnötige Wartezeit nach entsprechender Anreisezeit :(- Vorhandenes Spielzeug ist eher für größere Kinder geeignet.- Heizung hat nur nachts geheizt - dafür aber auf voller Kraft. Auch nach Inspektion durch Objektverantwortlichen wurde das als normal beurteilt. Tagsüber kalt, nachts überheizt.- Spülmaschine leider auszuräumen, dafür wurde glatt Kaution teilweise einbehalten.

Schöner Urlaub in komfortablen Haus

Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Garten ist vielleicht etwas klein, auf jeden Fall für Federball oder Ähnliches. Die Lage ist auch gut. Man kann fußläufig die Innenstadt von Burhave erreichen und somit ist der Deich und das Wasser auch nicht weit entfernt.

Schönes Haus ziemlich vom Schuß

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene. Haus und Lage des Hauses gut. Die Betten leider etwas fest. Die Umgebung leider recht weit vom Schuss für Ausflüge. Einkauf dank Edeka und Netto ok. Burhave für Erwachsene nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß leider, daher nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Ein Haus in Top-Lage mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut für bis zu 8 Personen und ein Kleinkind geeignet. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles, was im Inserat stand, war auch vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dass das WLAN nicht im Preis dabei war und extra kostet ist leider etwas ungewöhnlich. Auch dass der Preis für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine und des Trockners an eine Zeit gekoppelt ist, ist etwas umständlich. Was alles von der Kaution abgezogen wird, wenn man bestimmte Regeln nicht beachtet, wirkte teilweise sehr kleinlich und sorgte für Verunsicherung. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war leider etwas umständlich. So waren mehrere Telefonate und E-Mails vor der Anreise notwendig, da sie nicht über den FeWo-Chat kommunizieren wollten. Letztendlich konnte aber alles mit dem Vermieter ohne Probleme abgestimmt werden.
