The Space:

Bickley's Place is a chic and inviting retreat for families and golfers alike. Its modern elegance and warmth create a welcoming atmosphere, and its location on the front 9, with the clubhouse just across from the front door, makes it the perfect spot to relax after a game and mingle with the locals.



The main living area features soaring vaulted ceilings, a stunning double-sided fireplace, and a plush leather sectional—perfect for cosy evenings. A second lounge offers a quiet space to unwind, while the upstairs retreat with bean bags and a TV is a dream hangout for kids.



The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stone benchtops, high-end appliances, and a spacious island, seamlessly flowing into the open-plan dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows and timber accents add to the home's contemporary charm. Step outside to the alfresco entertaining area, where a built-in BBQ and dining space overlook the lush golf course greens—the perfect setting for long, leisurely meals.



All four bedrooms are beautifully styled with soothing neutral tones and natural textures. The primary king suite is a sanctuary with a work desk, walk-in closet, ensuite, and direct outdoor access. Two queen bedrooms offer serene, uninterrupted spaces, while the bunk room with four king singles is tailored for younger guests. The main bathroom includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower, complemented by a full laundry for added convenience.



Parking is available in the garage and driveway.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Just a 10-minute walk or a short bike ride brings you to Dunsborough town centre, where you’ll find charming cafés, boutiques, and restaurants. The beautiful Dunsborough Beach is also within walking distance, ideal for morning swims or sunset strolls.



Golf lovers can step straight onto the course, with the clubhouse just across the way, perfect for a round followed by a drink with the locals. Wine enthusiasts will love the short drive to Margaret River’s renowned wineries, while families can enjoy fun-filled days at Country Life Farm or relaxing at the crystal-clear waters of Meelup Beach. Whether you’re after relaxation, adventure, or a mix of both, Bickley’s Place is the ideal base for your getaway.

Parking: Parking is provided in the garage and driveway.



Airport: 30 minutes by car.



Getting Around: Just about a 2-minute walk to the bus stop on Clubhouse Dr.



Other Things to Note:

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.



Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.



Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
