This was not a hotel, it was more like an apartment, however there were no utensils, no plates etc, no cooking equipment despite having a kitchen. The towels for the shower were extremely small, the bathroom was very small, the room was very hot and could not control the floor heating, the tv didn’t work, we needed to put used towels on the floor outside the door then ask for more, we needed to manage our own rubbish instead of having the room serviced. It was clean and the location was good but would not stay here again.

This apartment does not live up to the pictures or expectations at all — we complained immediately upon arrival. Not only does the apartment appear much larger in the photos, but some of the images are simply misleading. For example, there are pictures showing a balcony with a table and chairs, but these do not exist in reality. Although it is advertised as an apartment, the kitchen is completely empty — not even a single glass is provided. All drawers and cabinets are bare, making it impossible to actually use the space as intended. That said, the apartment is clean and generally looks fine, but it is absolutely not worth the price. We ended up moving out after just one night.

這次入住的整體體驗有些失望，因此我只給這間酒店三顆星。首先，房間內電源插座的數量明顯不足；此外，房間原本設計為附設廚房的套房，但實際上沒有提供任何碗碟、刀叉或基本清潔用品，僅有一個電熱水壺。浴室的水壓表現一般，而最大的問題是，酒店提供的浴巾與鋪地吸水毛巾質地相同，使用時令人感到不太安心。另一方面，客房清潔服務每兩天才進行一次，房內亦沒有預備額外的垃圾膠袋，為住客帶來不少不便。 希望酒店能正視以上問題，改善設施及清潔安排，提升整體住客體驗。若能作出相應調整，相信未來會為旅客提供更舒適和愉快的住宿環境。
