There are different types of washroom depends on the room and one of it has very weired and inconvenient layout. Make sure you get separated shower and toilet otherwise it could be quite awkward. Other than it, happy overall.

Nice hotel, but very noisy at the morning time(i think there some work at the harbor), the checkout is to early(11 morning) ,and the breakfast time is unpleasant (till9:30) the elevator is slow and the hotel is crowded the lobby area is too small and there is limited seats , The view was awesome and the room was very clean

The property had a good location with a Lotte mall, Starbucks, and restaurants all within 10 minutes walk. The spa amenity was nice and at a very reasonable fee. Beautiful rooftop cafe for breakfast as well. The room was quiet and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful hotel overlooking Yeongdo harbor with tugboats activities. Close to transportation and many key spots in Busan. Professional staff.

The view was amazing, you can see the skyline towards the Busan Port. Easy refreshing walks over the Yeongdo bridge to get to shopping malls and markets. Many restaurants around for great food and food stalls along the road leading up to the hotel at night. Too bad we only could stay for a night, I would definitely book here again to explore Busan some more.

Rude and uncooperative staff.

The staff was very rude. We requested some extra pillows and was told they would not provide them. No explanation. Not even an offer to provide them for a fee. I called the next day and explained that it was a medical condition which requires me to sleep at an elevated angle. They begrudgingly got approval and provided the pillows. We requested a late check out and was informed it would incur a fee. I explained that they had told me that late check out was free if requested ahead of time. They then agrees to give a single hour. Overall, the hotel room and the hotel itself were very nice, but the staff was rude and uncooperative.

Lavalse Hotel had one of the best view that i stayed in any hotel. However, it comes with a price, not just so on the cost of the room but also the limited eatery around the hotel and nit to mention that you will need to walk (or take a bus) over a long bridge to get out or back to the hotel. Not to mention that the hotel mixed up my hotel room type and downgraded my stay until i clarify once i get to see the room. Better to be clear which room type you booked at the hotel reception.
