Hotel was suitable. Bed was comfortable. What I don’t like are the bathroom doors. Made of glass and don’t reach the sealing or the walls. Lack of privacy.

Hotel was okay to stay in but several odd design decisions of the rooms made the stay worse than it should have been. 1. Unable to turn off the bathroom light and fan, turns off automatically after 10(?) minutes. Was afraid to wake up the family when using it. 2. The sink faucet is oddly close to the wall and too far from the sink so you always get some water dripping on the counter and eventually on the floor. 3. Doors slam hard so you'll loudly hear everyone get in their rooms in the evening. All these can be improved if the hotel has the will to do it.

The hotel was affordable, and the staff was very nice and spoke enough English that I was able to check in/out easily. However, the facility was not as glamourous as expected, the sheets and towels were worn and had holes, and the shower head was older, so the water stream was not the best. But overall, it did exactly what we needed and was close to shopping and the metro!

Close to Seomyeon station. (Exit 11) There is a convent store, laundry, and gym on the property. A 10-15 minute walk will place you in the shopping and dining area.

Solid stay with lots of space

The room was very spacious, which was convenient for a group of several friends traveling together. We liked the area too - you can walk to the main food drag in Seomyeon and the metro was super close too. The vibe is a little corporate overall, and hotel breakfast was mid.

Avoid this place

The room was in a state of disrepair and bore little resemblance to the photos. The blinds did not close properly so there was no darkness as we slept. Worst, the room had an extremely unpleasant odour.

Great room layout and plenty of space. One of the most comfortable beds and best sleeps I’ve gotten while traveling! The towels and linens were very clean and everything was clearly maintained but some of the details like corners of the rug or grout were dusty and seemingly overlooked. Didn’t impact the overall stay too much but worth noting.

Verty good hotel in an excellent location

The main reason to book was the hotel's proximity to Seomyeon metro station but it turned out that there are many other advantages. For starters, the area is a shopping hub: underground shopping malls, Lotte, NC, and Samjung tower shopping centres, not to mention the close by streets where tons of shops and eateries are enough to keep one busy. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and professional even though a couple of times we did experience a bit of a challange to communicate due to language barriers but the staff would eventually understand our requests or questions and provide the needed help. We'll certainly come back again when we come to Busan
