Charged me to change room to room I’d booked.

I booked this room specifically for the spa tub and when I got there it wasn’t a spa tub at all. I asked about it and showed the details on my booking and they refused to give me a room with a spa tub without paying more (20,000w per night). I was annoyed and promised my guest this tub and the hotel owner was uncooperative despite me showing my booking details. I told them they need to sort this on their Hotels.com site. Also the connectivity from the pc to the tv couldn’t be sorted by the staff members so we couldn’t watch You Tube or Netflix which is usually possible. She promised to fix it the next day but didn’t. Very poor service. Will not visit again nor recommend despite the great facilities.

They advertise that each room has a private spa. This is not true. The room has a bath, so you're better off paying less for a room at a nearby hotel which actually delivers on this promise. Room was clean but the cleaners are noisy in the morning.

Not your hotel for extended stay

This hotel is not for you if you're staying more than a few hours. It has no closet or any hangers for your clothes, just 2 hooks for your coats. We learned the hard way that it's considered "love hotel". We were traveling during Korean thanksgiving and this was our only option. We however have no complaints about cleanliness or service

Two nights at ultra modern ForU

The hotel was very neat and clean. I liked the ease of the shower and the Wifi. The owner needs to have other languages on the food menu so guests can order their food from the room. The remote was also in Korean which made it a challenge to figure out. Overall, a fun stay.

More of a motel than a hotel per se

I stayed here for 2 days with my girl friend to save some money. rooms were clean and they changed out our towels and toiletry like any regular hotel. i went there knowing it wasnt a ritz carlton or even a novotel. if youre looking for a fancy front desk and lobby with smiles to greet you then i suggest staying elsewhere. if youre looking for a clean place to shower and sleep and rest for cheap then this hotel is definitely at the top of my list.

the hotel has the great location as it is near the Haeundae market, the beach and the station as well. Staff can understand english, the room is cozy and has everything you want. Highly recommended.

Hotel is at busy tourist and night life area. Overall good and staffs are helpful. Check-in only after 2pm and lobby very small. No formal reception counter or front office. Near to beach, subway and easy to get taxi.

Very good westerns style hotel near the beach.

I had a very good night here. Everything you need was provided (toothbrush, soap, ...). Very good location near the beach. Early check-in would cost extra 30k KRW but you can leave your bags at the hotel and go to beach to overbridge the time.

IT IS A LOVE HOTEL!?!?!?!?

I am so disappointed! First, I booked this hotel because Expedia showed it is exactly next to the beach, well... it is at least 10 minutes walk, and you cannot see the beach from the hotel at all. The location on the map is TOTALLY wrong!!!!!! I am disappointed with you, Expedia. Second, when I reached the hotel, it looks exactly like a LOVE hotel! The corridor is dark, the bed is not comfortable, the blanket is thin, the bath tube is not clean. GET THIS IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN A LOVE HOTEL!
