"The day was very nice. The property is very, very nice and all the hotel management are very kind. The only problem I had is I felt like our chairs that were in the room. They were very wobbly and and we did not even want to sit on them because we figured we would break them so they probably need a little replacement and our fixtures in our shower were seem to be nearer to falling off although the shower itself had the best pressure and it was so nice, but the knobs were just barely hanging on. The only one other issue that we had was obviously it’s a hotel where people hike and are out in the wilderness and come back, obviously needing a shower and when we came back on the second night, the hot water was not available. We called the office and they said that the pilot light had gone out and that in 20 minutes, we’d be able to shower while we checked in 20 minutes and then we checked in an hour and then we checked in two hours and the water was still freezing cold so I would assume that if the pilot light needed to be lit, then it took quite a while for the water to heat up. I’m not sure exactly what happened so this morning after this whole non-shower fiasco. I wanted to shower and I got in in the water kept going from hot cold, hot cold and then all of a sudden the hot water shut off and it was freezing cold, and I had to rinse the soap off really fast and completely ice cold water. It was not good."
