We stayed in a double ensuite cabin (donger) which was clean and comfortable. The room had two windows for natural ventilation and a very effective air conditioner. Kitchen had a full-size fridge, microwave, small portable cooktop and an air fryer. Although kitchen space was limited it was more than adequate for an overnight stay. We did not meet the staff, keys were provided in a locked safe with password provided prior to arrival.

I gave a review yesterday on this property and I stated i had messaged them when first arriving due to the missing and broken things in the room I also stated they had not checked in or bothered to get back to me. Well after this review was posted yesterday they finally got back to me yet not apologising for anything just saying how they don't like how Ive been truthful and let people know what there really like. So wanted to share this with U all and say I do not recommend this hotel until the communication becomes 110% better. See what message I get after this review

Room had broken cupboards and every dish to spoon and so on I had to wash before using it was horrible the place hadn't been cleaned at all. When talking to staff if they ever replied wasn't the greatest and even worse when you send them a message just after checking in saying how wrong and dirty the whole place was where we couldn't even use the lounge chair it was that bad and only had 1 coffee cup provided, they still havent been bothered to reply or check in. Definitely don't recommend.
