GUEST ACCESS:
- You will not have access to one (1) locked hall closet & locked linen closets (master bedroom).
- The garage is NOT included.

POOL:
-Pool is NOT heated.
-Please do not remove the pool vacuum (it is a very expensive item & helps to keep the pool clean during your stay).
-Please do not touch the pool filter equipment.
-Pool service is every Monday & Friday. Do not interfere with the pool technician.

SPA:
- The spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day.
- The heating schedule each day is 4pm-10pm.

DOG FRIENDLY:
- 2 dogs MAX.
- $150 pet fee - per dog.
- No cats allowed— severe allergy.

Everything was great. We will rent here again. The only draw back was that the jacuzzi cost extra, which was not clear in the listing so I had to pay more after the fact. It’s also inconvenient because you cannot just enjoy the spa spontaneously. You have to plan so it can be heated.
