Villa Fortuna is a detached, modernly built house with swimming pool situated in a little village Jurcanija near the town of Buje.
This stunning property is a detached modernly build house, located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The Villa Fortuna can accommodate up to 8 persons and is spread over the ground and first floor.
On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with TV
The pool is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and next to the pool there is a dining table with BBQ
Damage deposit of 350 € (cash) is to be paid directly in the Villa upon check in.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die sehr praktisch eingerichtet ist. Die Küche ist groß und bietet genug Platz. Es gab alles an Küchengeräten, was man sich nur hätte wünschen können. Ich hatte bislang in keiner Ferienunterkunft eine so gute Ausstattung. In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage und Fliegenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern sowie Außenjalousien. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt, also perfekt, wenn man mit Hund reist. Es fallen auch keine extra Endreinigungsgebühren für den Hund an, was ich ebenfalls noch nicht oft erlebt habe. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort für die Unterkunft war super freundlich und hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Die beiden Sonnenschirme waren beispielsweise kaputt und sie hat noch am gleichen Tag neue Schirme vorbeigebracht. Umgebung: Sehr angenehm, nicht allzu weit von der Unterkunft ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto, gibt es einen wunderschönen und großen Hundestrand in Novigrad. Mit Dusche und Beach Bar. In der Umgebung gibt es kleine süße Örtchen wie Umag oder Novigrad, bei denen sich ein Besuch auf jedenfall lohnt. Von der Lage würde ich die Unterkunft aber Leuten empfehlen, die eher einen Urlaub zur Entspannung und Ruhe suchen und keine Sightseeingtour durch Kroatien machen wollen, da Orte wie Ronvinj oder Rijeka 1-1,5 h entfernt liegen.

Von uns in fast allen Kategorien 5 Sterne. Positiv: - tolle ruhige Lage - Objekt wie auf den Fotos - privacy, keiner kann einem auf den Teller schauen - groß und geräumig, viele Badezimmer - unkomplizierte Kommunikation vor Ort Negativ - Internet war nach einer Woche nicht mehr nutzbar( volumentarif war aufgebraucht) Wir haben dann selber eine Simkarte für den router gekauft, dann war internet wieder schnell. - Die Klima Anlage ist unterdimensioniert und einige Räume haben zwar ein kühles Lüftchen aus der Klima Anlage, aber z.b. 21 grad wurden nicht erreicht. ( besonders EG und großes Schlafzimmer oben am ende des Flurs) - Sonnenschirme am Pool, kippen bei leichtem wind um und sind ein Sicherheit Risiko. ( nachdem Sie 2x in den Pool umgekippt sind, haben wir sie nicht mehr genutzt. Wir würden wieder kommen, aber nicht für 650 Euro die Nacht, dafür müßte alles stimmen. Wir hatten nichts desto trotz eine tolle Zeit.
