Gates Circle 2 Bedroom Sanctuary

Enjoy a stylish and relaxing Gates Circle stay, just outside of Delaware Park and Canisius College. Centrally-located at the heart of Buffalo a short away from local boutique shops. Our second floor 2 Bedroom newly renovated apartment has a dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and spacious living room. There is also a front porch with outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful Buffalo weather!

Our modernized home offers a home away from home in an urban oasis setting. There is plenty of room for those needing accommodations whether you're in town for a solo business trip, or a family of 4-5.

The kitchen is fully equipped; appliances, cast iron pans, cookware, and a couple of extras to allow you to prepare full meals, reheat leftovers, and/or enjoy your DoorDash take out. Coffee, tea, filtered water, and ice available in the space.

All necessary toiletries are provided for your stay including just-in-case essentials you may have forgotten at home. The bathroom has the been recently remodeled and has bright and shiny new white tiling!

The space is powered with high-speed internet WiFi. There is plenty of seating throughout the place for gathering. The living room has a 55" Smart TV to login to your favorite streaming services or easily cast from your device.

The space is not 100% child proof, so if you're traveling with little one(s) please keep this in mind, but we do our best to accommodate all ages and limit small or breakable items. We do have a pack n play with bedding, high chair, baby bath tub, and a selection of kids books. Anything you need to make your stay more enjoyable, just ask!

We had a very great stay with the kids! Lots of games to play, and well located area! Lots of food and park within 5-10 mins. No issues finding parking on the street, very comfortable, and always had prompt responses from the host, when needed!

This place was amazing. Very clean, wonderful neighborhood, and less than 15 minutes to the airport and very close to downtown. The beds are so amazing and comfortable, great for a good night sleep. The shower is amazing, hot water never went out. Stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, oatmeal. I felt so comfortable and I was there for a wedding. Thank you for making my stay amazing!!!

Listing was exactly as described. Location was perfect for our needs. Neighborhood felt clean and safe. The beds both appear to be quality mattresses. The queen is quite soft while the king is firmer, worked for our preferences! Would not hesitate to stay here again if we’re ever back in Buffalo.

Great stay in Buffalo

This rental was very convenient to the airport, restaurants and the attractions. Delaware park and tree lined streets with beautiful historical homes were within walking distance. The beautiful Forest Lawn Cemetery was a block away and was filled with many large headstones and monuments that were works of art with multiple historical figures. The apartment met all of our needs and we had no issues. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we had no trouble parking. Overall this was a very good experience for us.
