This is a post-industrial bohemian living space walking distance from excellent cafes and restaurants in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires. Only minor issue was the volatile organic compound odor from the painting operations in the adjacent art studio.

Great Apartment

I would definitely recommend these apartments. Comfortable and generally quite at night, great shower, good array of kitchen utensils and a good size fridge. The double bed was nice as well.

convenient, clean but bad WiFi

Clean apartment, with interesting Art From Trash with friendly staff and a nice location close to bars and restaurants. However, the A/C was not working which I discovered late at night with cold consequences, the WiFi kept connecting and disconnecting and there was no hand soap in the bathroom, which was a little surprising.

Loved the apartment. Very comfortable.

The 4th floor studio was very nice. Sun shine in the afternoon. Open nice view from windows excellent for viewing full moon an stars. Location good for Tango venues. Thanks Solange and Nelson for my easy enjoyanle stay.

I would stay here again!

First we thought it was pretty dumpy looking inside and out. Thenwe found out how totally comfortable it is and how accessible the area is. Good beds, hot water, functioning kitchen, balcony for laundry...

Artistic and Convenient Hotel

Our host was great and we liked that there was a kitchen. I wish we had stayed there our whole visit. The only thing is I'm happy I had my earplugs because a train runs constantly and I am a light sleeper.

Great time

Solange and Nelson, gave a great feeling that we were cared for. The area is closed to everything, but the outside looks terrible. Felt safe, aircondition was great. Shower very tinny. We felt at home, privacy, and the best they let us stay until 6:30pm the night we left on a late flight. A huge help!!! There is a small supermarket closed by, great coffee shops, and restaurants. Thank you Solange and Nelson

Not as beautiful as it looks...

DOWNSIDE: We rented this apartment to do a party, but when we arrived there didn't feel it was as beautiful as it looks. Room is nice, but living room and bathroom are not - no windows and furniture is very old/cheap. If you are looking for a place to sleep you'll be fine, but if you want to receive guests you might want to look for something else. Room curtains do not block the light in the morning. It is VERY VERY bright, and woke us up early every morning. UPSIDE: Staff didn't charge us for late checkout and had good/pleasant communication

The location was great for restaurants and bars in Palermo. The room was smallish but more than suitable for a weeks stay. The shower head was broken on arrival and tried to fix it oursleves although we didn't ask anyone to fix this. The bathroom was a little rough around the edges but fit for purpose. One comment and change I would want to see is that above the apartment enter nave door is a window that sees direct into the apartment and even over looks the bed. Step ladders or a jump up would be needed to see but nevertheless you can see in and not private.

Clean light filled budget appt. in great location

A budget priced new hotel in an excellent location close to all the trendy bars, restaurants, shops, live jazz, tango in Palermo. The room for 3 of us was very large and spacious and very comfortable for 3 adults with excellent air-conditioning in the heat of february. The owner anger Solange is an excellent communicator, caring and friendly. She has tonnes of tourist information which she loves to share and runs a gallery. You can catch a taxi without calling very easily on the nearby corner of Cordoba street. You spend the day wandering through Palermo checking out cafes, bookshops, galleries, clothes and design stores. There is an ATM on Cordoba street BVVA Frances that works, and a famous milonga dance club "Malcolm" on Cordoba street as well. Excellent wifi.

Clean room tiny bathroom super friendly staff

The staff are super nice and acomodating Nelson and Solange will try to yelp you out in any way. The room is nice and very clean but the shower was extremly small and difficult to get in / out of . Nice hot water; no problem! The area of the city is a bit rowdy and dirty; but so is a great deal of Buenos Aires, unfortunately ; but we never had any incidents . The entrance to the hotel is ugly and there is no lobby the actual fowyer is quite wirdly Decirated But if you can overlook all of these things and are just looking for a clean place to crash; this is it! Taxis were very easy to get at all times. I will definetly he back

Do not expect much. Location is ok, but quite far from the nice section of palermo. The appartment is ok. Shower was leaking, there was water all over the floor all the time. Staff was really helpful.

No estaba preparado cuando fuimos. Tenia mucho olor a humedad. Era muy inferior a las imágenes. No daban factura. Expedia te hace poner la tarjeta para "reservar" y te debita directamente, te hace todo en pesos y en la tarjeta el débito aparece en USD. Expedia: una estafa.

Muy bueno todo, la comunicación con Mike por wsp. que nos fue guiando y después Nelson en el departamento nos atendió enseguida evacuo algunas dudas y lo mejor es la independencia de que te dejan la llave y manejas como vos quieras.

En, revanche sur les deux pièces, l une est sans fenêtre et sans climatisation, la douche de salle de bain fuit donc très désagréable de se retrouver les pieds dans l eau lorsque vous allez aux toilettes. Les casseroles de la vaisselle sont à jeter et à remplacer.
