We loved this hotel. Not only was it walkable distance to almost every restaurant, bakery and bar. But the staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Location was perfect for us!

The location was great, 400 m from the subway, smack in the middle of the theater district with over 30 playhouses within 500 m. The room had a central air conditioner with a vent going straight on the head, making it difficult to impossible to sleep. The receptionist will not move a finger to help even for a client arriving with 4 suitcases. The sink in the bathroom does not have space to place toiletries. Shower water pressure was inconsistent.

Great price in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires

The hotel staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was great, close to everything. The hotel was clean and it included breakfast. I would stay there again.

This was overall a pretty meh experience. The bed was OK. It was clean. The breakfast was fine. The lockbox worked. The staff were friendly. The shower was not in great shape. The elevator was horrendously slow to where I usually took the stairs to the 3rd level. The soap and shampoo were awful. Not a fan of having to be buzzed in everytime to come or go when you need a keycard to enter or turn on lights anyway. Power went out for most of an evening while there, which was not a fault of the hotel per se but was kind of an annoyance. But the location is great, the price is decent, and the spacing between floors made it so it was fairly quiet at night.

Bed nearly unsleepable. Sewerage smell coming up vent in bathroom. Stayed for two nights. Paid for four nights. No offer of refund for last two nights. No one asked what the problem was. No interest by reception. When I purchased the accomodation I paid the higher rate so if necessary I could claim a refund. But that had to be done 72 hours before arrival. I only booked 48 hours prior so that option shouldn’t have even offered to me. Poor effort. Plenty of better places to stay

Good budget hotel

Very late arrival (post midnight ) and immediate impression not especially favourable. However this turned out to be a very pleasant hotel and although devoid of any luxuries it was perfectly functional. Very clean,great position ,good breakfast and very welcoming and helpful staff. Only negatives were very small rooms and poorly lit corridors .
