Very old....they don't have restaurant to attend on the night the furniture are old the blanket too they have different conection for chargers for cells they don't tell you …...about that you have to ask them to charge in the frontdesk and leave our cells in REEPCION

We liked the location of this property. Our check in went well. We were not pleased to find a puddle by the shower - there was a leak somewhere. Our fridge would not work. We notified front desk and nothing was done. Our air conditioning quit the first night and they never did get it fixed. I would not recommend this hotel.

There were cockroaches in the room. Decadent hotel, seems stuck in the 1970s. I would rate this hotel at 2 stars, at the most. The bed was the only good thing about the stay.

My Luggage

At the time of my airport transfer at the hotel at about 2100 on Friday 8 April, My luggage bag was left in the hotel. There was a big diversion that nite on the freeway and I had to travel without the bag I am seeking cooperation from the hotel to have the bag collected by Air New Zealand to forward it to Melbourne Australia

It would have been great if the cleaning crew did her job on time. I stayed a week and the room was not cleaned the first day. The second day it was cleaned at 4PM after I asked. Receptionists are nice and helpful. Always smiling and giving you good hints about places to eat and transportation.

The hotel staff was very nice, but, my room looked like a room at the Motel 6. The carpet was all stained and I paid for a queen but got 3 single beds.

Normal hotel experience

This is a perfectly normal hotel. I would stay there again. Very good shower and good internet. The only failing is that the breakfast area is too crowded and there are not enough chairs for all the guests. The tables are not cleaned often enough and the buffet (which was good) was laid out by someone who never eats from a buffet so guests trip over each other grabbing silver and glassware.

Would love to go back!

Small hotel with friendly and courteous staff made for a very pleasant stay. Rooms are small but clean and comfortably appointed. The hotel is within easy distance of small, family-owned restaurants and the staff was always helpful with transportation suggestions.

Old school cool! Exceeded all expectations.

Great old school community,very friendly and helpful.Has everything you need,delis,streetside cafes,tango across from motel,incredible restaurants from popular local hangouts to real quiet 2or3 chair empanda shops,walk-in pasta counters where you walkin order they cook it and you walkout with it.And also a 30 minute walk through and past some pretty important history as well as buildings to the Recoleta Center.Best bang for your buck if just looking for a place to sleep and check out the area for a few days.Very good continental breakfast as well
