This hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but in my opinion it feels closer to a 2-star. The building is quite old and lacks basic amenities—no refrigerator in the rooms and no ice machine in the hotel. Ice was only available at breakfast by request, and there was no container provided. The AC worked very well and kept the room cold at night. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Bedsheets and towels were very old, but housekeeping replaced them the same day after I requested it. The bathroom worked fine, although the toilet and bidet were a bit loose. On the positive side, the hotel is in a very good location, about 3 blocks from Obelisco de Buenos Aires and within walking distance of Casa Rosada and Plaza de Mayo. Included breakfast is excellent. Good for a short stay mainly because of the location.

The property have many problems , they cut the water for maintenance, so I have to take a shower early or don’t be possible after 4 pm , AC not working for 3 days terrible , location is really good but really bad maintenance . The staff is really good . Look for better place if is important for you the AC AND THE WATER .

Not a 4*.... will never stay there again!!!

Awful reception staff (fat bearded guy) had bad manners and gave unsafe recommendations. Sent my partner walking to Puerto Madero....when it is widely known the suurounding area is unsafe. When I complained about it he almost shouted at me.... Anyway, big rooms but dated and super noisy (could barely sleep 3hrs! From 2 to 5am). Do not stay there unless you have no option.

El Hotel está lejos de ser 4* los baños terribles, grifería vieja, sanitarios con pérdidas, toallas deplorables, blanco grisáceo, mal olor. Mal el aire acondicionado, funcionaba mal, mal la tv, se pagaba permanentemente. El desayuno básico, pobre Hice los reclamos, ni bolilla. Un día nos dieron un jabón de tocador cortado por la mitad, si , aunque no lo crean, no me pasó en ningún Hotel del mundo. Por supuesto no vuelvo.
