Stay was good - got in OK, they sent a car to get me (was a lot more expensive than just getting an Uber myself), the check-in online and/or the app (I can't remember) said they had currency exchange at the front desk - they do not. The location was good - there was a plaza around the corner with plenty of food options and nightlife. I didn't think it was too loud at night and slept great. Room was clean and I liked the little garden backyard. Breakfast was fresh, and the front desk helped out with suggesting what tours to do.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the trendy Palmero neighborhood. The staff was wonderful and accomodating. The morning breakfast was great. There are numerous restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Highly reccomend this hotel.

We'll stay there again.

Good location with lost of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Very nice breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and other healthy options, with some indulgent options, too. Walking distance to some of the parks, gardens, and other sights in BA. Friendly staff who were very helpful with practical issues including a date change on our return through BA at the end of our Argentina trip, luggage storage, etc. And Luisa the cat was an added bonus to a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Mixed Bag

Bens L’Hotel Palermo is a mixed bag. On the plus side. The location is fantastic. The hotel is located on a nice quiet street close to many restaurants and shops. The staff is warm and welcoming. And, the pool area is a relaxing oasis. On the negative side. We had a first floor room. The room was very noisy and small. We could not open both of our suitcases at the same time unless we used the bed. Additionally, the room was tired, in need of a major update. The bathroom was the worst part. There was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was the worst we have seen in a long, long time. The coffee was undrinkable. The pastries were stale. We , along with several other guests, just went across the street to the café for breakfast. With Bens L’Hotel Palermo is all depends on your priorities.

Very Nice Stay

I had a lovely stay at BENS L'Hotel. It is a very nice boutique hotel with a pretty garden and small pool. The garden has beautiful flowers and tables and chairs to sit. The breakfast room is at the end of the garden and has a good selection from sweets/breads to eggs and cereal. The reception area is very nice and the staff were very nice and helpful with planning tours, cabs, and general information. It is also 1 block from Seranno Square. My room was overlooking the garden and was very comfortable with large windows and a small balcony to sit on. The neighbourhood of Palermo is quite safe and has lots of restaurants and a scops.

Hi I paid117 $ a day for nine days in BENS HOTEL PALERMO And just couldn’t stay because there installations are not. Good for handicap person the bathub is too high for me and my wife and also without handle for my wife it’s very dangerous They send me to an AiRBNB that cost 60 dollars a day to BENS Downtown Without security without breakfast and without daily cleaning Remember I am 75 years old and my wife 69 years old first time in. Argentina I ask them to refunded me for 8 night that I was not stay in Palermo The difference between. Palermo And DOWNTOWN it 57 a day It’s mean I pay 117 in Palermo and when they put me cost 57 They say. They cannot refund me And also it was a big smell of mold in the one night that I sleep there. I what the refund. Of 456 57 time 8 nights is 456 My reservation number. Is 368438102 Please please help me with my refund
